- End-user contact information (name, email, phone).
- Order history and transaction details.
- Vehicle information (VIN, plate number, tire sizes).
- Scheduling and appointment data.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data processed through our platform. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls.
4. Data Retention
We retain Customer data for as long as the Customer maintains an active subscription to our Service, or as required by law. Customers can request data deletion upon termination of their service agreement.
5. Sub-processors
We use third-party sub-processors to provide essential parts of our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing). We ensure all sub-processors maintain high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
